The Green Changemaker
I joined Cranswick in 2019 as the Ingredients Supply Chain Assurance Apprentice working within the Group Technical Services team, looking after and maintaining supplier approval for all ingredient suppliers. My interests lie in Food Science and Technology but helping make the city greener is something I am passionate about, since moving to Hull and seeing the lack of trees and greenery! I believe that it is important for our environment, planet and most importantly everyone’s mental health to have this greenery and scenery.
I was more than happy to join the other Changemakers within Cranswick planting trees and cleaning up to help our city to become more green together. As for us, this should be Second Nature. Second Nature is making people a lot more aware of how much waste there is out there, and it is bringing people together throughout Cranswick to cut down this waste.
